Originally from a small coastal town in New England. I am the mother of two grown children, a Spiritual Life Coach and writer. When in the United States you can find me on the shores of Cape Cod or traveling in my custom-built van with my chihuahua (Lucy Lou) and am happiest in nature and always willing to share soulful perspectives with all I meet.
My journey has brought me over many hills and valleys of which there are stories and lessons to be told and shared. My book Jungle Up & Breathe tells that story and my blogs are inspired by living consciously and daring to be authentic.
